[ 07 ] FAQ

Questions, answered.

For anything not covered here, send the brief and an engineer will reply.

Are Nexospark products designed and manufactured in India?

Yes. Every module is designed, laid out and assembled by our engineers in Kottayam, Kerala. Nexospark is recognised under Make in India and supported by Kerala Startup Mission.

Can you integrate your subsystems into our airframe?

Yes. We integrate our flight electronics, control links and networking into OEM and programme airframes, and adapt boards to partner requirements.

Do you work on defence programmes?

Yes. We hold a Letter of Interest and a Letter of Recommendation from the Indian Army, and have trained Army personnel in drone assembly, flight operations, maintenance and field deployment.

Which firmware and protocols do your products support?

It depends on the module. FalconLink runs ExpressLRS; AeroPulse ESC runs AM32 open-source firmware with DShot or PWM; LumiNav speaks MAVLink and DroneCAN; the CAN / I²C splitter works on standard flight-controller buses. Ask for the datasheet of the module you need.

Can you train our crews?

Yes. We have trained more than 100 students and Indian Army personnel in assembly, flight operations and field maintenance, and our portable simulator supports FPV and RC training.

How quickly do you respond?

An engineer replies to every enquiry within 24–48 business hours.

Do you take international partnerships?

Yes. We look for technology integration partners in US, EU and Asian markets for joint-venture engineering projects.
